Dr. Leroux was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. After moving to North Carolina in 1993, he spent many hours observing at the dental practice of a friend. He applied to the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry and was offered a position in the class of 2001.

Dr. Leroux had the pleasure of visiting the Central Coast area during his schooling and instantly fell in love with it. He knew he would return.

After graduating in 2001 and relocating to California, he completed a residency program in advanced general dentistry at a hospital in Los Angeles, with the intention of gaining experience in dealing with medically compromised patients, and to be exposed to a wide variety of procedures and techniques. Following this, he came to San Luis Obispo to oversee Palm Dental Care.

His extracurricular activities include photography, hiking, tennis, traveling, and his passion. . . cycling. In 1995, he received the Presidential Sports Award for cycling. He has been listed in the top-10 fundraisers for the annual Multiple Sclerosis bike ride. This is a charity he supports wholeheartedly.
He lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife, Kimberlee, and daughter, Genevieve.
